Event Description:This in-person side event will convene a diverse panel of leaders from Africa, the Caribbean, and North America to explore entrepreneurship as a catalyst for women’s economic advancement, justice, and systemic change. The conversation will examine how investing in Black women entrepreneurs can unlock new economic pathways, shift generational outcomes, and drive structural equity. The session aligns with the goals of the Decade for People of African Descent and the African Union’s Decade on Women’s Financial and Economic Inclusion. It will also explore how AI and digital infrastructure must evolve to support — not sideline — Black communities in a rapidly changing global economy.
