Nadine Spencer is a transformative leader, entrepreneur, and strategist committed to advancing economic justice through the power of women’s entrepreneurship. As CEO of BrandEQ Group Inc., a global marketing and communications agency, she has led high-impact campaigns for governments, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations around the world. A lifelong entrepreneur, she launched her first business at the age of 12 and has since dedicated her life’s work to creating systems that unlock opportunity, particularly for Black women. Nadine is the founder of the Boss Women Entrepreneurship Training Program, which equips women across Africa, the Caribbean, and North America with the tools, access, and leadership frameworks to scale and lead. Her work continues to drive bold solutions at the intersection of equity, enterprise, and global development.
