About me

Donah Sandford is the granddaughter of The First Black Mayor of Salisbury, N.C. Wiley Lash who started The Head Start program with President Lyndon B. Johnson in 1964. EWF is Est.1937 and recognized by The League of Nations. Her council is mandated by Emperor Haile Selassie I and his African American in-law Dr. Dorothy Bayen to advocate for victims of war, govern their International community, Manage Land Grants and distribute deeds given by Kings & Chiefs of Africa to Federation members, oversee the administration of Local Chapters, advance International Student scholarships, correct injustices, promote unity and protect the sovereignty of Ethiopia and all Africans including Negroes.
